The founder and driving force behind Eva Kwok & Co. Solicitors. Her esteemed practice and many years of post qualification experience as both a Solicitor of High Court of Australia, England and Wales and as a Solicitor in Hong Kong, has put Eva at the helm of the Firm, offering her guidance and legal solutions to Clients in Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China and around the world. Ever striving to perfect her trade, Eva was a former legal topics columnist at SingTao Newspaper (Australia), former Council Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management and former legal advisor to the Intellectual Property Subcommittee, HK Chamber of Small & Medium Business. Noted for her accomplishments in the legal field, Eva was invited as guest speaker to the HKU School of Professional & Continuing Education to shed light on how to excel in the legal world.
Having personally handled and advised on cross-border trade and investments, financing and infrastructure projects, including property development projects in HK, PRC and the USA, Eva is undoubtedly a tested and established legal practitioner with extensive experience and success that was the impetus for her to start her own firm. Dr. Yu-Chun Kwok

Dr. Kwok completed his undergraduate study at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, has earned a PhD Degree in applied physics from Columbia University in 1991 and attended a CPE Program of Manchester Metropolitan University at HKU SPACE. He has commercial exposure in contract drafting and advised on corporate and compliance issues.

Simon Jim earned his Bachelors of Law from University of Central Lancashire, England and completed his Legal Practice Course in Manchester University and subsequently qualified to practice as a Solicitor in the England and Wales. He has been working in law firms for over 5 years covering practice areas of real estate, litigation, crime, commercial and corporate matters. He was born and raised in the UK, and Hong Kong is now his home base.

Garry Lau earned his Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Laws from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2010. He completed the Post-Graduate Certificate of Laws from the University of Hong Kong after graduating from his legal studies. His previous experience and exposure in litigation and commercial matters enables him to assist clients in navigating the complex nature of Hong Kong litigation procedures and strategy.
Justin Kai earned his Bachelors of Law from the University of Leeds, England and his Masters of Laws at the City University of Hong Kong. A strong background in law coupled with his writing prowess, Justin is an exemplary legal drafter and has assisted in drafting a multitude of commercial contracts, including but not limited to prospectuses for IPOs.
A permanent staff is being recruited. The main functions of this post are responsible for the firm's administrative and accounting work.
